Overall great experience with TNT Electric. I requested assistance for a family member in St. Clair county having an issue with a breaker/fuse box issue. The TNT receptionist was friendly and helpful in getting an appointment scheduled. The TNT technician arrived on time, were friendly and professional, quickly repaired the issue and explained all measures taken. It is very nice to work with a company that is focused on professionalism, great customer service and afordable pricing during these tough times. I highly reccomend TNT electric. Thank you.

We were informed from the office when someone would arrive at our home. They were prompt, friendly, and efficient. We were provided with an itemized bill which was most reasonable.

If the rating went higher than 6, I'd choose it. From my first contact to the job completion they did everything in their power to ensure I was well informed. They left complete control of the material aspect of the quote to my discretion on how I would like to handle it (either they would order the equipment or I could from my own source). They were willing to go above and beyond in all aspects of the project. All the workmen were very professional and friendly. When they found an issue that was not up to code, they fixed it at no additional cost. They were prompt at arrival and worked through very difficult weather conditions (not postponing the generator install for better weather). They ensured that the site was thoroughly cleaned up prior to departure. I would definitely call on them again, and would highly recommend them.

Fast, professional, and insightful. I was goung to do the work myself, ran into a safety issue. When i called they came out the same day. I had the parts so it only took them 20 minutes. Very happy from the office worker to the field tech.

TNT put in my home generator four years ago and though not a large job they all treated me like I was their most important customer! They handle my regular maintenance and any callouts as the professionals they are. I just required a service call for what ended up having a simple solution and Phil did not even charge for the call! Who does that anymore? Phil and his crew are great people to deal with! And Lori handling people on the phones and setting up her end of the business does an amazing job! Thanks TNT!

I just had my whole upstairs rewired. I really love the job Nathan and Ron done. It looks great. Im very happy with all that they have done. Nathan and Ron went above and beyond to make sure everything was done and done correctly and answering any questions that any of us had. Thank you Nathan and Ron for a wonderful job. We had a tree fall over our service line and tore it off the side of the house. Dte would not do any repairs due to the live wire under the tree.Tnt sent their techs out and pulled the livf wire apart and reattached new wire and components needed to my house .I called them in the morning and by mid sfternoon they had it all done with just shutting the power down for snout an hour.I will definitely hire this compsny again if I need work done.

We have used TNT before to do a small job at our duplex. I had the pleasure of talking to them today about another small job. Great conversation with the owner about business practices. They showed up on time, and this was after I had to cancel the estimate at the very last minute yesterday. Knowledgeable and professional.. very pleased.
